What do they say about Tidal Transactions?

As an insanely detail-oriented control freak who has gone through many different transaction coordinators in the past, I was thrilled to find Sidney Carnahan! She is extremely detail-oriented, thorough, logical, proactive, a fantastic communicator, and incredibly patient.  I like to have things done a specific way and Sidney is always happy to accommodate my style/preferences. This is particularly important to me because I've been told by many TCs that I do things differently than "most agents", and I would continuously have to remind them of my process. Not Sidney... she remembers everything!  Sidney is the first TC who really gets me. My team closes around 50-60 transactions ($90-$100m) per year, and we always know that Sidney is on top of the files, and that nothing will be late or missed.  We recently moved to a new brokerage and Sidney effortlessly learned the new brokerage systems & processes. I can relax knowing that Sidney is taking care of our files. She is the only TC that I have ever fully trusted, and the only one that I would wholeheartedly recommend.
